Agency Purchases

Law enforcement and government agencies may purchase directly from NARO Firearms. Orders must be on an official department purchase order and be accompanied by a Federal Excise Tax Exemption Certificate. A downloadable PDF of the Exemption Certificate is available here.

Individual Officer Purchases

Where permitted by state and local law and department policy, orders for Individual officer purchase must be authorized by and shipped to your department, and must be paid in full prior to shipment. Orders must be accompanied by an original signed copy, on official department letterhead, of the "Individual Officer Purchase Statement" letter. All face to face firearms transfers are completed on ATF form 4473, background checks are ran through the FBI's NICS system and must be approved before possession.

All transferring FFL's are verified through the ATF's FFL ezcheck system before shipping.

MRAD rifle systems include two 10 round magazines, 2 sling loops, 3 accessory rails, and hard carrying case. All barrels are black.

We'll get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with purchase details.
If you decide to go forward with the purchase, locate a FFL dealer in your area, arrange for the transfer, remember to inquire about their fees, as they can vary greatly.
Contact us via telephone to make your payment.
We will place your order, the manufacturer or distributor will ship the firearm to us, we will enter it in our system. and ship it immediately to your receiving FFL.
When your dealer receives the firearm, they will contact you and have you complete the 4473 form, the dealer will contact the NICS for a background check. If they get a "proceed" message, you walk out with your new firearm, any other response requires the dealer to keep possession of the firearm, click here for more information on the FFL process. Some states require a waiting period, check with your local dealer for state specific requirements.
