Payments
NARO Firearms accepts most type of credit card payments, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We do not charge fees to use your credit cards. We also accept bank issued cashiers checks and US postal money orders. All online payments are made over the telephone, we do not keep payment information on file, it is destroyed once the payment is successfully processed, sales receipts are emailed and included in all shipments. Sales tax is required on all purchases made in the state of Texas.
Shipping
We verify the validity of all receiving FFL and SOT licenses through the ATF FFL EZ Check system. We only ship to the physical address indicated on the license. We ship all handguns and small objects through the US postal service, Priority Mail, all packages are insured and require an adult signature. Rifles and shotguns are shipped UPS ground, insured, adult signature will be required.
Returns
We strive for complete customer satisfaction, if your not 100% delighted with your purchase, contact us within 15 days for a return authorization number. Items must be in new, sellable condition with all packaging, manuals and accessories. Restocking fees may apply. Exceptions to this policy are listed below:
- Firearms cannot be returned once transferred, please closely inspect your firearm before accepting the transfer.
- Optics cannot be returned once they have been mounted.
- We can't accept returns on ammunition or reloading supplies.
Manufacturers Warranty
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, in the unlikely event you discover an issue or defect in your new firearm we will do everything in our power to correct the problem, but please understand it is ultimately the responsibility of the manufacturer to correct any defect.
